Director Of Enterprise Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team of 6+ professionals across membership sales and sponsorship sales functions
- Achieve annual team revenue targets for new business acquisition, renewals, and retention rates (target : 85-90% renewal rate)
- Participate actively in sales calls to help close dealsthis is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk-bound management position
- Drive team performance to ensure each sales representative closes 4-6 full membership contracts per month
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates
- Strengthen relationships with enterprise clients to encourage growth and increase annual spending per account
- Evaluate and optimize sales processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, content, technology, and executive leadership teams
- Deliver actionable insights on performance metrics, business planning, and data analysis to senior leadership
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape
- Attend conferences and networking events to prospect and expand professional network
- Maintain fluency in the company's suite of products and services and their value proposition
