Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

26 Weeks Contract
Compensation Rate : $56-$74 / h DOE
Requirements :
- Master’s degree with a Licensed BCBA Professional in CA.
- Two (2) years ’ experience providing behavior support for individuals with IDD and mental
health diagnoses.
Description :
BCBAs primarily provide the required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision to
staff on an ongoing basis. They conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) of
presenting issues and observe participants in a Behavioral Support Home (IDDs) to develop the behavior support plan.
BCBAs work within a multidisciplinary setting.
