Support Clinic Operations and Help Families Navigate Their ABA Journey

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , we help children with autism build confidence and independence through compassionate, evidence-based care. Our Office Manager is the operational anchor of the clinic—ensuring families feel supported, clinicians have what they need, and daily workflow runs smoothly.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Manager for our Fayetteville, NC clinic to oversee operations, client intake, scheduling, communication, and day-to-day coordination.

Position Details

• Location : Fayetteville, NC
• Schedule : Monday–Friday, full-time
• Setting : Clinic-based, in-person
• Reports To : Clinical Director
• Compensation : $40,000–$45,000 / year (based on experience)
