We are looking for candidates who have :

2 to 4 years of experience in Civil Litigation, Excellent research, analytical, verbal and writing skills.

License to practice law in California; A juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school.

Experience preparing pleadings / motions and making court appearances.

Experience drafting and responding to discovery, including depositions.

Excellent business judgment, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.

This position is for full-time employment with benefits and performance bonus and competitive salary commensurate with experience.
