Responsibilities
Understand client organizations and change management issues, explaining key factors and shaping organizational solutions to deliver value.Contribute to change management initiatives, applying relevant architectures, models, and frameworks to execute complex, multi-cultural, and multi-generational change successfully.Assist client executives in communicating frameworks, cultural norms, and stakeholder engagement practices.Organization Change Enablement
Approach Change Management as a data-driven science, using predictable methodologies.Utilize methods and frameworks that integrate with broader projects.Drive stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, impact analysis, training, communication, business readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement.Help realign the organization, its people, and their actions with key business objectives.Assist with workforce transitions from internal to outsourced operations.Identify opportunities to add client value and develop trusted relationships.Meet travel requirements, up to 100%.Basic Qualifications
At least 5 years of successful change management experience, including methodology, organization design, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, communication, training, and organizational readiness.At least 2 years of consulting experience.At least 2 years of project and team management experience.At least 2 years of experience in the Communications, Media & Technology industry.Bachelor's Degree.Preferred Skills
Experience in industries such as Products, Financial Services, Health & Public Service, Resources, or Communications, Media & Technology.Background in HR, Talent Management, Learning, or Organizational Effectiveness.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills.Background in psychology is a plus.Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.Team-oriented mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Interest in information systems.All professionals receive comprehensive training in business and technical skills.
