Enterprise Applications Project Manager

We are seeking an Enterprise Applications Project Manager to join our team supporting Joint Service Provider (JSP) Engineering and Development for the Enterprise (ED-E) contract in Arlington, VA. Responsibilities and Qualifications :

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the management and execution of complex and / or high-risk projects with full accountability for achieving program objectives.
  • Direct and coordinate daily staff activities to ensure alignment with client requirements, objectives, and timelines.
  • Supervise a multidisciplinary team of technical, non-technical, and administrative professionals, including subordinate managers.
  • Ensure high-quality task products, deliverables, and services through rigorous participation in reviews, audits, and quality control processes.
  • Act as the primary liaison and point of contact with clients, facilitating communication, task negotiation, and resolution of issues.
  • Oversee the recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, scheduling, and evaluation of personnel to ensure optimal program performance.
  • Monitor and coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure successful and timely integration into overall project efforts.
  • Establish performance standards, track project milestones, and implement strategies to mitigate risk and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain strict adherence to program schedules and budgets while ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.

Required Qualifications :

  • Over twelve (12) years of relevant experience in managing technical programs or projects.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and complex project execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and successfully complete technical assignments in high-stakes environments.
  • Experience managing personnel operations including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Must possess an active Secret clearance at time of application.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands :

  • Location : Arlington, VA
  • Type of environment : Office
  • Noise level : Medium
  • Work schedule : Schedule is day shift Monday - Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
  • Amount of Travel : Less than 10%

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, feel, touch; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 10 pounds. The employee is frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds; and up to 50 pounds. The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Work Authorization / Security Clearance :

    U.S. Citizen Secret clearance
