The successful candidate will be a compassionate and community-minded individual, deeply aligned with the mission of the organization. Key responsibilities for the Board Chair include providing strategic leadership to the board, ensuring its effective and collaborative functioning, and leading the planning and execution of board activities. The role also involves a strategic partnership with the Executive Director, particularly in the areas of leadership, fundraising, and organizational decision-making.
