System Administrator

This is an onsite position in Arlington VA.

Salary : $85k per year

The contractor will be responsible for providing system administration functions for the DEA which includes but are not limited to the following :

• Coordinate amongst sections within and outside of FS to document system / automation requirements and needs.
• Prepare written training guides for systems developed and record video tutorials / demonstrations as needed
• Assist Section Chief with IT and system related goals such as analyzing current business processes and identifying possible areas of automation.
• Take system requirements to developer and assist with formulating system looks design and workflows.
• Perform system testing to include documentation of testing scrips pass / fail and working directly with developer or areas of need identified in testing.
• Perform regression testing same steps as above.
• May require travel to review system functions for other offices or outside agencies to develop and design internal systems with similar functionality but to meet FS business related needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including PowerApps Lists PowerAutomate Forms and SharePoint 365.
