About the Role :

We are hiring for multiple roles in all areas of our platform and across the entire tech stack, from foundational infrastructure up to the user interface and everything in between. This is an exciting time for Compass as we continue expanding the end-to-end platform that will power real estate. As an engineer at Compass, you will have abundant opportunities to make tangible impacts, grow your career, and play a pivotal role in creating game-changing products using cutting-edge technology.

We are looking for developers in the early stages of their engineering career who are enthusiastic about solving technical problems, learning about new and existing cloud-based services, and honing their skills as an engineer in the AI-driven era of technology. You should have a strong sense of ownership for your work, with a passion for learning and sharing your knowledge with others.

• This role requires in-office presence in Seattle 3-4 days per week during a minimum 3-6 month ramp-up period, with flexibility for hybrid work thereafter, based on performance and business needs.
• Candidates must be available to begin full time no later than January, 2026 and interview locally in our Seattle office.

Compensation : The base pay range for this position is $95K - $105K salary; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
