Responsibilities

The ideal candidate has  hands-on molecular biology professional who thrives in a fast-paced lab environment and can quickly adapt to ongoing research needs. They bring recent wet-lab experience with molecular techniques such as PCR, microbial culture, and DNA purification, along with a working knowledge of automation platforms like Hamilton, Tecan, or Bravo. A background in pharmaceutical or academic biology settings is preferred.. Masters degree with some relevant Internship experience or Bachelors degree with relevant lab experience and 2+ years solid work experience in Pharmaceutical industry.

Must-Have Skills

1. Molecular biology techniques - PCR, microbial culture, DNA purification.

2. Wet-lab work within last 24 months (no classroom-only experience).

3. Automation experience using platforms such as Hamilton, Tecan, Bravo, or similar.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with liquid-handling scripting or method development.
• Basic data analysis in Excel, GraphPad Prism, or Python.
• Exposure to high-throughput workflows.
• Yeast cell handling experience.

Nice to have : Familiarity with scripting or method development for liquid handlers; basic data analysis (Excel, Prism, or Python / R).

Job Description :

Key responsibilities include :

1. Follow and execute molecular biology workflows (microbial cell culture, DNA purification, PCR) and operate automated laboratory robotic systems for high-throughput sample preparation and screening.

2. Organize and document laboratory data and experiments in electronic laboratory notebooks

3. Laboratory management (ordering and inventory of consumables)
