Amazon Connect Engineer

Primary Responsibilities and Skills :

Design, implement, and support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services.

• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform for automated cloud resource provisioning.
• Build, deploy, and optimize applications and integrations using Python (or Java) within the AWS ecosystem.
• Engineer and manage Amazon Connect environments, including configuration of IAM, Lex, Lambda, KMS, S3, and Kinesis.
• Create and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins / Jules and manage code repositories with Git / Bitbucket.
• Rapidly prototype proof-of-concept solutions and scale them to production-ready systems.
• Implement and support RESTful APIs for contact center integrations and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient voice solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure engineering, automation, and data fluency.
• Support container orchestration and deployment in AWS Cloud environments.
• Apply best practices for data security, compliance, and call recording in telephony platforms.
• Stay current with AWS certifications and emerging cloud technologies.
