What youll do

A key role within the People & Culture (P&C) team our P&C Operations Consultants are responsible for executing all people-related processes efficiently and this role you will join an energetic and fun team who deliver professional responsive customer-focused service advice and support to partners managers and employees.

What youll bring

  • A recent graduate with a bachelors degree in human resources or related field with a genuineinterest in pursuing a career in HR is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word and Excel with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills the ability to build relationships and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Ability and desire to work collaboratively as part of a team with a flexible approach to your work.
  • Experience with an HRMS system such as Oracle would be advantageous.
