We are actively seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Chief Estimator to join the team. We are one of San Diego's best and most respected heavy civil construction firms. We self-perform heavy highway, public works, and site development projects. We specialize in bridges, retaining walls, paving, and grading.

Must have experience in two or more of the following Heavy Civil Construction areas : excavation, paving, bridges, or concrete structures.

Employee Compensation & Benefits :

• Base Salary $240k-$280k, DOE
• Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits
• 401k with company match
• Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays
• Annual bonus program

Required Experience / Skills / Qualifications :

5+ years of estimating experience in CalTrans projects. Hard bid and alternative delivery experience preferred.
