The Customer Experience organization is currently seeking a highly skilled, solutions-oriented Yard Manager to join the Customer Experience / Yard Management team.
The Yard Manager is responsible for managing vehicles held in plant shipping yards with quality concerns. They will also work with cross-functional groups and inspection / repair third party providers to achieve efficient and effective repairs on a timely basis.
The selected individual will have experience in managing cross-functionally and possess a broad knowledge of the entire automotive engineering, manufacturing, and quality landscape. The candidate must be a high-energy, hands-on individual with strength of convictions a self-confident leader who, in part due to his / her personal presence, style, and demeanor, effectively sells ideas and solutions to others. Moreover, this person must have unquestioned integrity.

Organized into cross-functional teams, it's a unique Stellantis division consisting of manufacturing, engineering, and supplier quality department members who work together to solve product quality issues and reduce warranty claims.
