Site Reliability Engineer II (Oracle HCM) (Louisville)

The ITSS group is building a team to support the dynamic people platform as it expands our technologies into markets across the world. As an SRE, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our LearningNow and Oracle-based systems, with a particular focus on HCM applications, cloud infrastructure, and digital assistant integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, resilient systems, automate processes, and implement best practices that drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Reliability and Performance Optimization

• Ensure 24 / 7 availability and reliability of Oracle HCM applications and Oracle Digital Assistant services on OCI.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize resource utilization, and ensure system scalability to support high availability.
• Monitor system health, define SLAs, and use data to ensure optimal performance.

Required Qualifications :

Salary Range : $104,000 to $129,900 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidates location, experience, and other job-related factors.
