STGi Is Seeking Qualified Candidates For This Position In Connection With An Active Request For Proposals (RFP). Hiring For This Role Is Contingent Upon STGi's Selection As The Successful Awardee.

Essential Functions :

• Ensure That Medical And Nursing Care Are Administered In Accordance With The Residents Wishes Including The Implementation Of Advance Directives.
• Ensure That Residents Receive Individualized Care That Is Culturally Competent And Based On Resident Preferences.
• Plan, Develop, Organize, Implement, Evaluate And Direct The Nursing Services Department As Well As Its Programs And Activities In accordance With Current Rules, Regulations And Guidelines That Govern The Nursing Care Facilities.
• Collaborate With Other Health Care Professionals Including Consultants, Government Agencies And Advocacy Groups In The Development And Support Of Resident Care, Administrative Functions And Facility Mission.
• Participate In The Annual Facility Assessment.
• Develop, Implement And Maintain An Ongoing Quality Assurance And Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program For The Nursing Services Department.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements :

Works Beyond Normal Working Hours And On Weekends And Holidays When Necessary. On Call 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days Per Week.
