Our Client, an Energy Services company, is looking for a Facilitator – Learning & Development for their Orange, CT / Boston, MA / Vestal, NY / Rochester, NY location.
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate virtual and in-person leadership development workshops.
- Produce virtual sessions, including managing the chat and breakout rooms.
- Tailor delivery style to meet learner needs while still achieving the objectives.
- Partner with the instructional designer to ensure content and delivery are aligned.
- Share facilitation insights and participant feedback to improve the programs.
- Coordinate in-person session logistics as needed, including ordering food, supplies, and materials.
Requirements :
Proficiency with virtual platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.Strong facilitation presence with the ability to engage various audiences.Excellent communication, storytelling, and coaching skills.Experience as a people leader.Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles.Certification in leadership tools such as DiSC.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.years of experience facilitating leadership or professional development programs.Why Should You Apply?
