Description :

The Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for our patients, providing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere in both English and Spanish. This role is vital to the daily operation of the center, ensuring that front office procedures run smoothly and efficiently while delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, follow up on no-shows or cancellations
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately
  • Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish
  • Collect and verify insurance information, process payments, and handle billing questions
  • Maintain accurate patient records and input data into the dental software system
  • Coordinate patient flow with back-office staff to ensure timely appointments
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
  • Support marketing or promotional efforts as needed (e.g., calling leads, confirming consultations)

Requirements : Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish – Required
  • 1+ year of experience in a dental front desk, receptionist, or customer service role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Carestack, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in office administration or dental assisting is a plus
