Financial Operations Coordinator

Lenexa, KS | Full-Time | Direct Hire | $45,000-60,000 annually

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected client in the Lenexa, KS area to identify a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator. This position plays a key role in supporting a Financial Institution's operational workflows- this includes, managing files & documentation, handling transaction processing, onboarding new customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage financial transactions, including ACH transfers, wire payments, check processing, and ledger postings.
• Handle customer-facing activities for deposits and withdrawals.
• Complete daily account reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve issues.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of procedures and operational documentation.
• Provide backup support and work collaboratively with team members to maintain seamless service.
• Assist with internal audits and regulatory reviews by gathering data, analyzing patterns, and recommending improvements aligned with industry best practices.

Qualifications :

Pay Details : $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
