Full job description

Ducts Unlimited is a family-owned business providing services to the  Denver area since 2000. We currently have an opening for a dispatcher / scheduling coordinator to join our team. This position requires someone who is a self-driver with strong administrative skills who is able to spot problems and find solutions, someone who holds themselves accountable for a high-quality work product.

The position : As the single point of contact you will perform a variety of duties such as scheduling and coordinating service calls and ensuring technicians have the appropriate tools, parts, and equipment to complete the job in a timely manner, maintain accurate records, provide updates as needed and update all parties of any changes.

Work Hours : Mon - Fri 7am to 4pm
