Travel Nurse Job Details

Location : Needham, MA 02492 (Greater Boston area)

Healthcare Setting : Inpatient Services – Derenzo Patient Care Unit

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (12 / 15 / 2025 – 3 / 14 / 2026)

Shift : 12-hour nights (7 : 00pm – 7 : 30am), every other weekend and rotating holidays

Hours per Week : 36 (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)

Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse

Start Date : December 15, 2025

Floating : Not required

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2310 - $2470

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license

At least 2 years of recent Med / Surg Telemetry nursing experience

Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required

Proficiency with Epic EMR system

Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (no local travelers)

Full contract availability required (no time off during assignment)

Med / Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the Med / Surg Telemetry unit

Monitor, assess, and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs

Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Epic EMR

Educate and support patients and their families throughout the care process

Participate in rotating weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled
