A company is looking for a Manager, Denial Unit (REMOTE). Key Responsibilities Manage appeals and denials staff to ensure proper reimbursement and maximize cash flow Monitor collection of appealed accounts and facilitate issue resolution related to payment delays Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and ensure compliance with regulations Required Qualifications H.S. Diploma or GED required Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred 3-6 years of experience in healthcare business office policies and procedures required 3-6 years of related experience in denials and appeals required 2-4 years of supervisory experience required
