Physical Therapist – Oakland, CA | Day Shift | 26-Week Contract

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a committed and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a 26-week contract at a reputable facility in Oakland, California . This is a great opportunity for a therapist who thrives in a fast-paced setting and values meaningful patient outcomes.

Position Overview :

Location : Oakland, CA

Schedule : Monday–Friday, Day Shift

Hours : 6–8 hours / day

Start Date : ASAP

Duration : 26 weeks

Productivity Requirement : 90%

EMR System : Rehab Optima (experience preferred)

Qualifications :

Active California PT license

Strong clinical skills in a post-acute or rehab setting

Ability to manage caseloads independently

Rehab Optima experience preferred but not required

Must meet facility productivity standards
