Position Summary

The Compensation Analyst will lead and support compensation processes across Oceaneering's global organization, partnering closely with HR and business leaders. They will support the design of compensation structures and processes using industry and preferred practices.

Duties And Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL :

• Lead and support annual compensation cycles and pay programs for general compensation, Technicians, and Rotators. Partner closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and budget requirements.
• Conduct annual market pricing reviews to maintain competitive salary structures aligned with market trends, supporting strategic workforce planning and financial goals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to HR partners, Operations, and employees by providing timely, professional guidance on compensation policies, practices, and inquiries.
• Develop and maintain job architecture, salary structures, and leveling frameworks, including :

Designing and managing processes to evaluate new roles and integrate them into the framework.

Additional Information

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
