Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining embedded control systems for consumer and industrial products, including hardware and firmware integration.

Requirements :

B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field

5+ years of embedded systems development experience with a focus on control systems

Proficiency in C / C++ for embedded development

Experience with microcontrollers (ARM, PIC, etc.), RTOS, and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN)

Knowledge of control theory, real-time algorithms, and state machine implementation

Understanding of analog and digital hardware design

Skilled with debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters)

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain embedded control systems for consumer and industrial applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and deliver integrated solutions

Design and troubleshoot PCBs using Altium Designer

Write and debug embedded firmware in C / C++ and / or Python

Implement real-time control algorithms, modular architectures, and system state machines

Perform unit testing and system-level validation to ensure performance and compliance

Create technical documentation including design specifications, test protocols, and user manuals

Conduct code reviews and contribute to firmware / software quality improvements

Integrate sensors, actuators, and hardware into embedded systems

Stay current with emerging embedded technologies and industry standards

Preferred Skills :

Experience with wireless protocols (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular)

Background in motor control, sensor integration, and closed-loop feedback systems

PCB layout / debug experience (Altium preferred)

Familiarity with safety-critical embedded design and regulatory compliance

Experience with Agile workflows, version control, and DevOps tools (Git, CI / CD)

Pay Details : $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
