CFO / VP FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

GNR has been retained by a financially sound, privately held company seeking a “hands-on”   CFO / VP FINANCE executive to help shape the company’s future.

Operationally they have high volume transactions and a large amount of inventory, so we’re looking for someone coming from a Manufacturing, Distribution, or Product based company.

Key Responsibilities & Experience Required :

• Lead a small team and collaborate with other key executives to drive initiatives and adoption of corporate-wide policies and business goals.
• Work cross-functionally throughout the company while leading managing financial strategies, budgeting, reporting, and compliance to improve profitability and growth.
• Oversee all finance & accounting operations; reporting, AR / AP, credit, tax compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
• Manage banking relationships, borrowing activities, external audits, and corporate assets.
• BS / MS degree w / 10+ years of corporate finance leadership.   (CPA / CMA is a PLUS)
• Strong business acumen, collaborative leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - who can influence change

Location :   Oklahoma City region, OK  (relocation assistance    MUST be ON-Site)
