JOB SUMMARY
- Manages all aspects of quality assurance / performance improvement and business services for CareResource Hawaii (CRH).
- In collaboration with the Senior Director, develops the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program for CRH, coordinating agency quality improvement projects, and establishing project timelines.
- Promotes a safety-supportive culture with consistent application of evidence-based care.
- Supports educational programs in patient safety and quality improvement by working with The Queen’s Health Systems (QHS) and CRH leadership teams.
- Manages all aspects of the Business Office including data entry, billing, collections, accounts payable and bookkeeping. Ensures complete, accurate and timely processing of patient information and collection of patient bills.
- Responsible for all payroll functions, ensuring payroll procedures are compliant, efficient, and current.

A. EDUCATION :
Bachelor's degree in nursing.Master's degree in business administration or healthcare related field preferred.B. CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE :
Current Hawaii State license as a Registered Nurse.C. EXPERIENCE :
Five (5) years experience working in a healthcare environment.Two (2) years supervisory / leadership experience.Healthcare management experience in quality management or performance improvement preferred.Prior business services experience preferred.
