Position Overview

The Sigma Space division of Hexagon US Federal is seeking a talented Software Developer to join our development team in developing software for the control of instruments and managing high-volume data collection. Sigma Space is part of Hexagon, a leading global provider of design, measurement and visualization technologies that enable customers to design, measure and position objects, and process and present data.

Responsibilities Include :

• Developing embedded as well as GUI and data processing software
• Work as a member of a small development team that develops and maintains software to control instruments
• Work with hardware engineers to debug and test circuit cards and instrument hardware in the lab
• Assist with maintenance and enhancement of the existing software, including debugging and diagnosis of software and hardware defects
• Research, implement and design new product features
