About the Role
The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President for Hotel Operations to oversee a portfolio of 10-15 full-service and select-service hotel properties. This executive leadership role is essential in driving operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic oversight in all aspects of hotel operations, including P&L ownership, revenue management, operational standards, guest experience, owner relations, and brand compliance. Key responsibilities also include capital planning, labor optimization, talent strategy, food and beverage leadership, and ensuring adherence to ESG, safety, and compliance standards. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry, with a background as a General Manager of a full-service hotel and multi-property leadership experience. The role requires a strong leader with expertise in financial analysis, a proven track record in P&L management, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams. A Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates with experience in premier hotel brands. The position demands extensive travel, up to 70%, and the ability to provide hands-on support to properties within the region.
