About The Position

• Monday through Friday, 8 hour days call 1-2 weekdays and 1 weekend per month
• Average 1 surgery per day
• Hospital-based practice focused on pediatric cardiothoracic surgery
• Patient mix : 95% pediatric, 4% neonate, 1% adult
• Performs complex cardiac procedures including valve repair and coronary bypass
• No ER call required
• Handles congenital defects and chest wall procedures
• 100% inpatient practice setting
