What You’ll Do

Provide quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.

Administer medications and monitor patient conditions.

Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

Ensure compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations.

Promote a positive and compassionate environment for residents and families.

What We’re Looking For

Current Florida LPN license in good standing.

• CPR certification

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new grads welcome .

Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Reliable, dedicated, and passionate about resident care.
