We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital team at Mercer. This role will be based anywhere in our West Zone. This position can be remote.

Our Solution Architects promote revenue growth for Marsh McLennan by identifying, promoting and capitalizing on opportunities to expand client relationships across business lines, through industry steering committees, facilitation of strategic discussions and the development of unique products. A Solution Architect is a recognized subject matter expert and a senior individual contributor who has managed large-scale projects, coaches team members, and solves complex problems.

We will count on you to :

  • Consults with Service leadership, Client Managers, country / regional leads and associates to establish and implement assigned growth strategies.
  • Evaluates targeted clients / prospects history and other relevant information required for business development purposes in order to drive new and expanded business opportunity channels.
  • Leads the detailed relationship mapping process and develops the strategic pursuit strategy with direct involvement of department leaders and support from assigned Associates.
  • Connects internal employees to develop best-in-class solutions and drive measurable solutions through focused strategic sales efforts.
  • Matches OpCo product and services to client’s key needs.
  • Leverages resources / relationships across the organization to identify emerging client / prospect challenges and facilitate solutions.
  • Communicate work initiatives utilizing team collaboration sites / tools.
  • Partners with department leaders and executives to strategize.

What you need to have :

  • 5+ years Project Management or Service Sales
  • 3+ years of Workday experience
  • Experience successfully delivering complex agile approaches
  • Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Product-centric mindset and commercial capabilities
  • Strong working knowledge of management strategies, Digital concepts & technologies, business case development and implementation of new technologies and business models
  • Experience and ability to communicate effectively the Workday product lines and deployment needs
  • Demonstrated advanced ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate decisions at all levels of the organization and clearly articulate thoughts.
  • Must be able to multitask, manage multiple priorities and produce quality documentation that reflects the decisions discussed.

    Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

    The applicable base salary range for this role is $97,000 to $194,500.

    The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
