Mail / Package Handler

Job Summary (in List Format) :

• Operate high-volume 2D / 3D print and copy machines
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues; escalate complex problems as needed
• Manage customer inquiries, job requests, and coordinate services
• Maintain records, manage inventory / supplies, and calculate service charges
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of print / copy jobs
• Support additional office tasks, including meeting room setup, light maintenance, and reception duties
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a secure, organized workspace
• Stand for extended periods depending on production volume
• Use multifunction machines and wide-format printers
• Unload and store paper orders weekly
• Ensure excellent customer service and communication
• May require driving responsibilities (valid driver's license needed if converted to permanent role)
• Adhere to company dress code and procedures
