Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Design and Analysis Engineer to join a program in Albuquerque, NM.

Summary :

The primary responsibility of this individual will be working with a multi-disciplined engineering team to decompose system level requirements to electronic subsystems / components. This position will serve as the lead Electronics Engineer for a team tasked with requirements definition, and design / development / test of new electronic hardware solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with electronic design (analog and digital); high speed, low latency systems; firmware development, requirements tracking / verification; assembly and test of subsystems; integration of subsystems into the final system; and a passion for finding solutions to solve interesting problems.

Responsibilities :

• Develops and documents moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
• Designs hardware, software, firmware and interface specifications.
• Develops test plans to validate system designs against operational and functional requirements.
• Solves problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle.
• Research specific technology advances potential application to company business needs.
• Work with suppliers for board / electronics hardware prototyping and manufacturing.
• Mentoring entry-level and mid-career engineers in electronic design best practices.
