JOB SUMMARY :

Our dynamic Ethos Medical Management Sales Team is seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager  to support and grow our client partnerships across the Pacific Northwest territory . This remote position includes occasional travel and is ideal for candidates based in Nevada or surrounding states.

This position will play a pivotal role in driving Ethos's growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships, specifically within the medical management sector (nurse case management, IME, utilization review, and medical bill review). This individual will leverage their consultative sales skills to present Ethos' suite of medical management solutions, guide clients through the sales process, and ensure seamless service delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conduct 2-3 client meetings per week (50% virtual, 50% in-person), including up to 25% local travel and occasional overnight travel (2-3 trips per quarter).
• Maintain and grow an existing book of business in assigned territory.
• Make daily outreach contacts via phone, email, or other communication channels to drive engagement.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
• Prepare impactful proposals tailored to medical management clients, highlighting Ethos' value proposition.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all sales activities in Salesforce CRM.
• Represent Ethos at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate client onboarding, ensure seamless handoffs, and drive satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
