The Medical Director / Psychiatrist will oversee the treatment protocols and treatment team for a newly established psychiatric crisis center in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. This location is less than a 20-minute drive to Philadelphia, a 90-minute drive north to New York City, 90 minutes east to historical Lancaster County, and less than two hours to the beautiful New Jersey or Delaware shores.

The Medical Director / Psychiatrist will work with the Nurse Manager, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, and Physician Assistant to ensure the evaluation and treatment of all patients. All patients entering the Crisis Center will receive a psychiatric assessment, history, and physical.

Position :

• Medical Director of Crisis and Consult Services
• M-F, Full-time, hospital-employed position
• 80% clinical / 20% admin
• Provide oversight to a 12-17 member treatment team
