We are expanding our footprint across Texas and seeking a driven, strategic leader to spearhead our recruiting efforts.
Position Overview
The Head of Recruiting will lead all aspects of talent acquisition, candidate development, and onboarding for new Farmers Insurance agency owners, Protgs, and producers across TexHQ. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust recruiting pipeline, managing the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, and driving measurable growth in both new agency locations and in-agency producer headcount.
The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role combines recruiting strategy, networking, community engagement, and business development to help shape the future of TexHQs agency network.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Recruiting & Sourcing
- Identify, attract, and qualify top candidates for new agency ownership, Protg program, and agency producer roles.
- Manage recruiting campaigns through multiple channels (LinkedIn, IdealTraits, job boards, social media, community outreach).
- Develop targeted outreach strategies for entrepreneurial, competitive, and sales-driven candidates.
- Conduct prescreens, interviews, and personality assessments to evaluate fit within the TexHQ culture and Farmers Insurance model.
Interviewing & Onboarding
Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews alongside leadership team and agency owners.Manage the candidate journey from initial interest through licensing, onboarding, and training.Track recruiting pipeline activity and performance metrics using the Agency Zoom CRM.Work closely with the onboarding and training team to ensure smooth transition and retention of new hires.Networking & Referral Partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, networking groups, business organizations, and universities to generate quality referrals.Establish referral partnerships in target communities to create steady lead sources for new agents.Represent TexHQ at networking events, job fairs, and industry mixers to increase brand visibility and attract entrepreneurial talent.Growth & Strategy
Collaborate with executive leadership to forecast recruiting goals and expansion targets for TexHQ.Develop creative recruiting campaigns that align with TexHQs mission to expand agency count and in-agency producer headcount.Analyze recruiting data and KPIs to optimize sourcing strategies and improve conversion rates.Requirement
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or business development (preferably in insurance, financial services, or sales).Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Proficiency with CRM / ATS systems (Monday.com preferred), Calendly, and digital recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, IdealTraits, etc.).Self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.Passion for entrepreneurship, leadership development, and helping others achieve success in business ownership.How to Apply
