Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Inside Sales Representative to support our expansion in the Bay Area and nationwide (US). This role focuses on generating new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting, targeted research, and qualified appointment setting for our Outside Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling
- Make 150+ outbound cold calls per day to targeted companies.
- Deliver effective messaging to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Conduct initial discovery to determine fit before handing off to Outside Sales.
Email Outreach & Follow-Up
Send 30+ targeted outbound sales emails per day.Follow up using email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.Personalize outreach based on research and account insights.Research & Targeting
Use LinkedIn, Apollo, and Google to identify target accounts and decision-makers.Understand company structures and potential service needs.Build and maintain organized lead lists and pipelines.Appointment Setting
Secure 35 qualified appointments per week.Schedule Teams calls or onsite walkthroughs for the Outside Sales team.Provide detailed notes for seamless handoff.CRM Management
Document all calls, emails, outcomes, and notes in Salesforce.Maintain accurate and organized account data.Track daily and weekly KPIs.
