Job Summary :

HumanHire is partnering with a rapidly growing medical products manufacturer to hire a full-time, in-office Data Entry Clerk . This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of office experience who is comfortable with Excel and looking to gain further experience in invoicing and order entry.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Enter data for invoices and customer orders
  • Generate and process invoices from shipped orders and send to customers
  • Create sales orders from purchase orders and send confirmations
  • Provide general support to the invoicing and accounts receivable departments
  • Perform clerical duties including scanning, filing, and other office tasks
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of office experience
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook)
  • Data entry experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Stable work history and professional reliability
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Familiarity with NetSuite ERP
  • Prior experience in an office or administrative support role
