Job Responsibilities :
Enter data for invoices and customer ordersGenerate and process invoices from shipped orders and send to customersCreate sales orders from purchase orders and send confirmationsProvide general support to the invoicing and accounts receivable departmentsPerform clerical duties including scanning, filing, and other office tasksRequirements :
Minimum 2 years of office experienceSkilled in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook)Data entry experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsStable work history and professional reliabilityHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesPreferred Skills :
