DNOW is looking for recent graduates with degrees in Accounting or Finance who are eager to gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of corporate finance and accounting. We're seeking driven individuals with a strong work ethic, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for learning. This is a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in the energy and industrial supply industry through real-world exposure across financial functions.
How does it work? The Corporate Rotational Program is a development experience designed to immerse participants in key areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Internal Audit, and Operations. Participants will rotate through multiple departments and locations, gaining insight into DNOW's business model, financial processes, and strategic priorities. At the end of the program, participants will transition into a full-time role within our Finance or Accounting team, aligned with their strengths, interests, and business needs.
Possible Rotation Options Include :
- Credit & Collections Learn about credit risk assessment, customer account management, and working capital optimization.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Support financial analysis and due diligence activities for potential acquisitions and strategic initiatives.
- Treasury Gain exposure to cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and foreign exchange strategy.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to help drive strategic decision-making.
- Financial reporting and corporate accounting : Assist in the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Support corporate accounting functions, including month-end close activities and financial analysis.
- Operations Get hands-on experience with the core of our business, learning how our branches and supply chain function to support customer needs and overall company performance.
