Facilitate or co-facilitate individual and group sessions, teaching DBT skills in our Intensive Outpatient Program. Access regular training opportunities, including trainings for CEU credits. Preference for DBT therapy knowledge, with training available for the right candidate. Complete professional assessments and treatment plans with precision and care. Receive weekly supervision and ongoing support. Receive clinical supervision for clinical licensure Benefit from various training opportunities throughout the year. Utilize cutting-edge EMR and digital tools. Enjoy a furnished office ready for your personal touch. Embrace a 4-day work week, Monday to Thursday. Operating hours from 9 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm, with additional compensation for evening hours. Located in Mission, KS, offering a collaborative in-office role with tele-health flexibility. Hold a current license in Kansas and / or Missouri (e.g., LMSW, LPC or equivalent). Possess or be willing to learn DBT therapy. Demonstrate attention to detail and timely completion of clinical notes. Availability for some evening hours with flexible scheduling options. Collaborate effectively within a professional team environment, fostering a positive and supportive work culture. Ensure timely and comprehensive documentation.
