Procurement Contractor - Marketing & Sales Support
Location : Cambridge, MA / Hybrid (8 days / month) - EST Time Zone if remote
Duration : 6 months (beginning at earliest possible start)
Pay Rate : $96 to $110 / hr
Key Responsibilities
- Assist category managers in managing procurement activities for marketing and commercial services (e.g., agencies, media, market insights).
- Support sourcing events including RFP development, bid analysis, supplier negotiations, supplier management activities, and contract lifecycle tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and documentation standards.
- Maintain accurate records in procurement systems and track contract status.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Conduct benchmarking, supplier research, and spend analysis using procurement tools and available data.
- Provide reporting and analytics on spend, supplier performance, and project management timelines.
- Track contract renewals, expirations, and troubleshoot issues with POs, invoices, SOWs.
