oStrong experience in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (FIC) Business Requirements, Analysis, Design, Configuration, Integration and Quality Assurance.
Candidate must have experience in at least 4 full-fledged implementation of Fusion Incentive Compensation module in Cloud.
Hands on in Business Process modelling and simplification.
Hands on experience on Analysis & configuration of compensation plans, Credit rules, custom components, credit and classification rules in Fusion Incentive compensation.
Good experience on the Reporting
Candidate must be able to analyze all transactional and configurational data and able to identify discrepancies for extreme cases.
Candidate must have experience in leading clientresources in the capacity of a Subject Matter Expert / Architect
