How You’ll Make a Difference

The Director of Investor Relations will collaborate with the Chief IR & Communications Officer to evolve and execute a strategic Investor Relations program. The Senior Director will manage day‑to‑day responsibilities for Arcellx’s investor relations program and interact routinely with senior executives and members of the financial community. Your work will have a big impact on our ability to get our transformative therapy to patients in need.

The base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $265,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
