Position Purpose

We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented IT Technician to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of all hotel technology systems. This role supports both guest-facing and back-of-house systems, maintaining connectivity, efficiency, and reliability throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for all computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunication systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to property management systems, POS, and guest internet access.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, inventory, and support activities.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for system maintenance or escalated technical support.
• Support end users (both staff and management) with technology training and assistance.
• Ensure all systems are secure, up-to-date, and compliant with company and brand standards.
