About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head Athletic Trainer to oversee the day-to-day sports medicine operations, with a focus on injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation for players' medical issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the healthcare of the players, including first aid, on-site injury evaluation, and the development of rehabilitation and prevention programs. This role requires close collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, including medical, performance, and technical staff, to ensure the highest standard of care and to create a culture of high performance and excellence.

Applicants for the Head Athletic Trainer position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in athletic training, with a preference for those who have worked with elite athletes in a team sport setting, particularly soccer. The role demands a professional with a strong understanding of data-informed rehabilitation, and additional certifications related to athlete healthcare and well-being are a plus.
