Azure DevOps Engineer / Local to Philadelphia

A global enterprise consulting organization is seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer to drive critical infrastructure and application delivery initiatives across a large-scale Microsoft environment. This role is designed for professionals with prior enterprise or consulting experience who can work within structured environments, influence DevOps best practices, and deliver cloud-native and on-premises solutions with precision.

The engineer will play a central role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines, infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, and cloud container orchestration using AKS. Experience with .NET application deployments is required, and familiarity with IIS is a plus. You’ll collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure smooth, automated delivery of enterprise applications and services.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts)

Strong background in .NET application deployments

Proficiency in Terraform for building and managing infrastructure

Experience deploying and managing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

Familiarity with source control (Git) and CI / CD best practices

Desired Skills & Experience

Previous consulting or enterprise IT transformation experience

Knowledge of IIS administration and Windows Server environments

Understanding of cloud networking, security, and access control in Azure

Exposure to container security, monitoring, and scaling practices

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future. This position requires candidates to be local to the Philadelphia area for occasional on-site work.
