What You'll Do : Control access to the location by verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises, following established procedures. Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity. Provide customer service by assisting visitors and personnel with directions and information as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to observe for unusual activity or security-related concerns. Document observations and incidents in daily reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal management and client representatives as appropriate. Follow site-specific policies and procedures, including emergency response activities when required. Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for all individuals at the location. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
