Join TeamHealth as a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) in the Federal Way, Washington, area! We're seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time role (4 days a week) in skilled nursing facilities, offering flexibility, autonomy, and unlimited earning potential.

In this position, you'll work with diverse patients, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and build lasting relationships with patients and their families. Key responsibilities include :

• Providing primary care
• Managing chronic diseases
• Ordering lab tests
• Prescribing medications
• Educating patients and caregivers

Our compensation is a productivity-based model (fee for service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $96,000 / annually and $104,000 / annually with no cap productivity income potential.
