Systems Architect (AIX / UNIX / DB2)

Job Description :

Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for a Systems Architect in Albany, NY.

Description :

The consultant will be assisting with DTF modernization and finding alternative options / solutions for existing imaging systems, utilizing various technologies such as AIX Shell Scripting on the UNIX platform and DB2 skills. The consultant will also be assisting with the multi-tier architecture design and implementations, participating in all phases of the software development life cycle- requirement gathering, design, implementation, testing, and production support.

Mandatory Qualification :

• Defines the architecture of a computerized system (., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirements, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.
• Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and / or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his / her field.
• 84 months experience with government organization which includes business knowledge, technical design, development, maintenance, and end user support of complete Business-Related Processing.
• 84 months of experience in UNIX and AIX OS with usage of Shell Scripting and CRON TAB.
• 48 months of experience of IBM Content Manager on Demand application including IBM Content Manager OnDemand Administrator and Client
• 84 months of experience in performance tuning applications interacting with DB2 Databases.
